A&O delivered rigorous evaluation plans, extensive qualitative data analysis and rigorous statistical analysis of student assessment data to multiple districts participating in the federally funded Early Reading First program.

A&O conducted background research, guided the management team, and facilitated a task force of 25 community leaders through a six-month strategic planning process for the CNY Community Foundation.
