PROJECT: Strategic Planning & Performance Management for Human Services
/ CHALLENGE
Unity House needed a strategic plan to prepare for shifts in NY State’s Medicaid reimbursement model and to align its systems for compliance and sustainability.
/ SOLUTION
A&O facilitated a strategic planning process followed by 18 months of performance management coaching, helping the agency define outcomes, collect and analyze data, and develop reporting tools.
