St. Joseph’s needed support evaluating a National Institute for Mental Health (NIMH)-funded initiative to improve mental health services for children and youth.

/ SOLUTION

A&O conducted an evaluation inquiry and planning consultation involving practitioners, administrators, and parents, as well as interviews with healthcare providers.

/ OUTCOME

Evaluation outcomes supported the refinement of CHIP and improved alignment of community-based mental health services.
