Salvation Army Syracuse Area Services

PROJECT: Evaluation Capacity for the Family Place Visitation Program

/ CHALLENGE

The Salvation Army needed to build internal capacity to evaluate a complex program collaboration focused on reducing foster care stays.

/ SOLUTION

A&O facilitated logic model development, identified appropriate benchmarks and indicators, and built systems to track impact across four partner agencies.

We could now say we can measure the performance of our collaborative project and determine if it is truly having an impact on the people we serve.
— A Comment From Our Client

/ OUTCOME

The partners gained a new understanding and capacity for evaluation and now operate with a shared understanding of impact and the ability to make data-informed decisions.
