PROJECT: Independent Evaluation of the Brighton Towers Service Coordination Program

/ CHALLENGE

Huntington Family Centers needed a timely quality assurance review of services offered in a 600-unit U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) subsidized senior housing complex.

/ SOLUTION

A&O conducted interviews, resident focus groups, and anonymous surveys to understand service use, satisfaction, barriers, and improvement opportunities.

It was a valuable and high-quality evaluation and the process of communicating with residents increased their understanding of this valuable resource.
— A Comment From Our Client

/ OUTCOME
